When to stop and seek help
Stop using the product and seek medical attention if you experience any of the following:
- Severe pain, swelling, bruising, bleeding, or signs of infection
- Numbness, coldness, or color changes in the genitals or surrounding tissue
- Inability to urinate, severe burning, or other urinary symptoms after use
- Any symptom that worries you or does not improve after removing the device
