Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Locktober.com (“Locktober,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including browsing product information, guides, the shopping cart, and completing purchases. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility

The site is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who may lawfully view and purchase adult-oriented products in their jurisdiction. By using the site or placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you do not, you must not access or use the site.

2. The service

Locktober.com is an online retail experience focused on adult novelty and related products (for example chastity devices and accessories), educational sizing and product content, and e-commerce checkout. We may add, change, or discontinue features, products, or integrations at any time.

You do not need an account to browse the site. To check out, you will provide information required by our payment and fulfillment partners (such as email, shipping address, and payment details processed by our payment processor).

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Product information. We strive to describe products, images, and availability accurately. Minor variations in color, packaging, or specifications may occur. If an error affects price or an essential detail, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you.
  • Order acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example for fraud prevention, inventory limits, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance). A contract is formed when we confirm payment and accept the order through our checkout flow.
  • Pricing and taxes. Prices are as shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, and fees may apply based on your location and are your responsibility where required.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping options, carriers, and timelines are presented at or before checkout where applicable. We ship only to locations we support in checkout. Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you when the carrier records delivery to the address you provided, unless applicable law or our stated policy says otherwise.

5. Returns, refunds, and support

Because of the nature of adult novelty products, many items may not be eligible for return once opened or for hygiene reasons. Any return, exchange, or refund policy will be communicated at checkout, on product pages, or when you contact support@locktober.com. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users’ use (including probing, scraping, or overloading systems beyond normal browsing or shopping);
  • Misrepresent your identity, payment details, or eligibility;
  • Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or data except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and other content we provide are owned by Locktober or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a page to shop later). Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Health and product use

Products sold on this site are for adult novelty and consensual use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Use products only as directed by the manufacturer and your own judgment. Stop use and seek professional advice if you experience pain, injury, numbness, circulation problems, or other concerning symptoms. You assume responsibility for safe, informed use.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKTOBER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE PROHIBITED).

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Locktober and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or a notice on the site). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.

13. General

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot be waived.
  • Disputes. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the site lies in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory venue rules, those rules may apply where required by law.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Locktober regarding the site, superseding prior understandings on this subject.
